- Shano Travels Added January 29, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Didn't feel welcome, seemed like passengers were guilty until proven innocent, driver was way too stern and made passengers feel like a burden. Only positive was getting there on time. Christmas day service to Grafton: driver refused to allow any food or drinks on board apart from water as apparently water was the only thing easy to clean if it spilled, which I have never heard from any coach driver around Australia in 20 years, but was told it was company policy. Is a coach company really that precious to assume people are intent on spilling things all over their seats? Are we animals? Driver walking up and down the aisle refusing to leave until all seatbelts were done, which I agreed with for safety but made us feel like children, then immediately turned on security cameras with CCTV screen projected at us to monitor "antisocial behaviour", whatever that means. I thought Christmas was a social day. Also the first driver I've seen in years (if ever) refuse to touch any of the luggage or assist anyone, just pointed to empty spaces for us to place our bags, then refused to assist in taking bags off, barely spoke to anyone, not even a Happy Christmas. One of the worst coach drivers I've ever experienced, should probably quit & join up the NSW police force, clearly liked to project an authoritative stance & act like a glorified security guard. Ruined this company for me for life. Next time I'll go for New England Coaches, they're more expensive but at least I might get good service!

Barry our bus driver was amazing he was so helpful and wonderful with the students. There was nothing that was a problem he could not do enough for us. Thank you Barry your help was very much appreciated and beyond your your job description
